InteractV
InteractV is a GTA V mod that makes the people of Los Santos interact with each other and with you.
Gangs confront each other, meet and deal on the street. You can be pulled into what happens around you, join a side, recruit a crew and give it orders. In the paid editions, the police, the army and the gangs' territory react to what happens as well.
How it works
The mod watches the people near you. When two of them, or you and a gang, could start something, it decides whether they do, depending on who they are and where they are. The encounter then plays out as a short scene, and the people involved keep reacting to the situation on their own once it is over.
Nothing has to be started by hand: you install the mod, and the city does the rest.
